What is the best way to wash the clothes?
In order to have fun with our products for as long as possible, you should follow these washing instructions:
- Wash for the first time no earlier than 5 days after receipt
- Wash inside out (print inside)
- Maximum 30 degrees
How do the sizes turn out?
Under each product there is a tab “Size Chart”, from which you can see the product sizes. However, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What colors do you use?
Our colors are OEKO-TEX 100 certified and environmentally friendly.
If I order multiple sizes to try on?
We ask you to refrain from this, because we try to avoid excess and returns as much as possible and produce the clothes only on order. That would only be uncool for the environment.
However, if the ordered item does not fit you, you can of course return it within 14 days.
Shipping
How fast will I receive my order?
Since we produce all products only when you order, it takes about 2 – 5 business days for us to ship the product.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping to Germany costs 4,99 €. Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs from 50 € order value.
Shipping to EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs 6,99 €.
Shipping to the rest of Europe and the United States of America costs 9,99 €.

How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a tracking link from us by mail as soon as we have produced your order and handed it over to our shipping service provider.
Which countries do you supply?
Currently, we ship our products to Europe and the United States of America.
We are also working on offering worldwide shipping.

How does the exchange / return process work?
You want to exchange your garment? Within 14 days after receipt you can return your order. Just use our cancellation form.
